Yes, Delta 8 is federally legal. The 2018 Farm Bill Act, the same law that makes CBD legal is the law that makes Delta 8 and other cannabinoids legal.  The main THC in marijuana that is federally illegal is Delta 9. The 2018 Farm Act allows any product that has less then 0.3% of Delta 9 to be legal. Delta 8 is not legal in every state though. Please check your state law to see if Delta 8 is legal.
